Outdoor Heroes was born out of a simple vision: to re-awaken your connection to nature and inspire a call to action, whilst raising awareness and funds for local non-profits.
So fasten your seat belts because adventure’s doors are officially open. The All-In-Outdoors Stoke Festival combines the best that BC has to offer; this unique one-day grassroots experience will keep excitement at a permanent high. A benefit event, jam-packed with live music, activities, and delicious food, plus sponsorship from a mix of vibrant brands and organizations that are the fuel for outdoor inspiration. We like to think of it as fun...with a purpose. And the best part? It’s FREE and open to all. Furry four-legged companions are welcome too!
Immerse yourself in a line-up of invigorating crash courses, for adventures of the road, mountains and water. Drawing top sponsored athletes, instructors, and guides from around the province; our clinics are the perfect opportunity to learn from the best and will leave participants fired up to get outside and play well beyond the event.
There is no shortage of entertaining things to see as Olympic Village becomes home to dozens of electrifying visual spectacles, high-flying moves, inspirational talks, and adventure films. 🤩 Step into what’s next as we embrace the turn of the season at the most happening place to be. No one belongs here more than you.
The equivalent of a farmers market with one exception, we’ve traded the produce and crafts, for a gigantic used gear swap and the coolest collision of brands to ever take the BC Coast by storm. Folks will have the chance to score SWAG, win PRIZES, test new equipment and get their shop on with unbelievable DEALS on sales samples, closeouts, and factory blems.
GREEN TIME vs SCREEN TIME Up until recently, Canada has missed the mark on one category of festival: Nature! But this fall, we're giving everyone something to look forward to. Taking inspiration from the indisputable value of time spent in nature, the theme for this year’s event is to get everyone outside. Because life is best when shared in person – not in front of a screen. Thus, we are taking deliberate steps to encourage kids and adults alike to go offline for a while, to share a greater appreciation for the limitless and playful possibilities of planet earth. #ITSINTOGETOUT
The Nature Trust of British Columbia is dedicated to conserving BC’s biological diversity through securement and management of ecologically significant lands.
BC is endowed with the highest number of species of any province or territory in Canada. Yet, 43% of these species are on the watch lists because of low or dwindling populations. Saving their habitat is the first step in protecting our wildlife, fish and plants.
Land Needs Guardians help Indigenous Nations honour our responsibility to care for lands and waters. We are the “moccasins and mukluks” on the ground for our communities. We manage protected areas, restore animals and plants, test water quality, monitor development projects, and maintain cultural sites. Our work is guided by science, both Indigenous and western. We are trained in data collection and water quality analysis, and we learn from our Elders about relationships with animals and changes on the land.
Sea Smart inspires youth to love and respect our oceans by connecting children to the environment, teaching them to respect the natural world, and helping to foster their connection to nature and how crucial its health is to their futures.
Studies show that it is important to connect young people to the natural world because it enhances their self-esteem, their physical and emotional fitness, and promotes their interest in the biological sciences. In addition, extracurricular activities enhance children’s sense of belonging and reduces the risk of children becoming involved with drugs, alcohol, crime or dropping out of school.
Munchies solved! Capping off the stoke festival, All-In-Outdoors will also play host to some of the most delicious and mouth-watering food vendors around.
Of course, a food lovers haven isn't complete without a popping selection of beer! Guests aged 19+ can kick back and sip on the newest local craft creations. What’s more, is that while you jam out to some tunes—enjoying your food and cold drink, you are helping raise money for charities. Sounds like a pretty good day to us.
In addition raising money for charity, this highly-anticipated event provides a platform for companies to collide harmoniously. Offering partners the opportunity to amplify their message and propel their mission. Connecting with the local community to showcase their products, culture, and environmental commitment. And with your support, we aim to be dubbed the greatest outdoor stoke festival in the country, and the exclamation point to an epic year.
